Facebook Liars
You know who you are. You lying scumbag you.
If you’re like 93% of the world population, you probably have a Facebook account. I broke down and registered for one a couple of months back because a friend of mine kept ragging me to do it. It’ll be fun, he said.
Yeah. Fun.
What it really is, well, it’s not really fun. It’s MySpace repackaged if you ask me. Which is fine. I kind of liked MySpace for a while. Especially the fact that you could hack their pages and make them look like whatever you want. The downside of MySpace was that all the people you hated from High School were suddenly tracking you down like long lost friends. Which is exactly the same as what is going on at Facebook now.
Even that really doesn’t irritate me too much. I have been around when it comes to the web, so I knew it was a snake when I picked it up. I knew that once again, all the people I really didn’t care for in my teens were going to be on my “friends” page.
So where am I going with this?
Simple. They are all a bunch of fucking liars. Yup. Lying pieces of shit, at least some of them. Because there are governing laws in the Universe boys and girls. Period. Not every one of you ended up as Professionals, even though you try to point it out on your profile. Sorry Skippy, weekend second shift manager at Wendy’s doesn’t make you a professional…
But that’s how they put it on their profiles. I saw one girl that listed her profession as “entrepreneur”…. Now I happen to know that this sperm slurping alcoholic is not only unemployed, but that the little cash she does catch comes from her “boyfriends”.
Pretty loose interpretation if you ask me.
So next time you’re cruising facebook and see a comment from Sheila, the bitch you hated in tenth grade, talking about her new promotion, ask her if she gets to finally come off the dancers pole and serve drinks for a while.
